You can view your current delivery dates in your customer account under the Orders section. These dates are updated in real-time by us and our suppliers. Once your product has been handed over to the shipping provider, you’ll find the direct tracking link in your order details under the respective product. Please note that tracking may not be available for all deliveries, such as letter shipments or deliveries handled by certain third-party services.

Why is my order still showing as “in stock”?

The parcel has been shipped, but I haven’t received it

If your order has been marked as shipped but you haven’t received it, first check if it may have been delivered to a neighbor. If you still haven’t received it after five days of being marked as shipped, please contact our support team for assistance.

Check your delivery address

Make sure the delivery address in your account is correct. If you’ve stored multiple addresses, you may need to confirm you’re using the correct one, especially if you’ve recently moved or placed the order to a different address.

If you have a shipping account with your postal service, please ensure that forwarding or automatic collection settings are not causing delays.

Why is my order arriving in multiple parcels?

Some items may be shipped directly from our partner suppliers, which means they will be sent separately. You will receive a confirmation email once each parcel is dispatched.
