How long can I return a product?

The return period for each product can be found on the respective product page under “Returns and Warranty.” For products you’ve already purchased.

For most products, a 30-day return period applies, starting from the date of dispatch or collection. The decisive date for the return will either be the postmark on the package or the date of the personal return.
