You may receive more than one invoice for a single order under certain circumstances:
- Multiple shipments: If your order contains items that are shipped separately, you’ll receive an invoice with each delivery.
- Product return before payment: If you’ve returned a product but haven’t paid the invoice yet, we will deduct the product amount from the current invoice and issue an updated one. Check the original invoice – if its status shows “replaced,” we’ve already issued a new invoice. You only need to pay the new invoice.
- Return with additional costs: If you’ve returned a product from your order and shipping or handling fees have been incurred, you will receive a separate invoice for these costs.
