If your package has not been shipped yet:

As long as your order hasn’t been shipped, you can still edit your order, including updating your address, in your customer account.

  1. Go to the Orders section in your account.
  2. Select the order you want to update.
  3. Click the Edit order button.

If the Edit order button isn’t available, it means the system no longer allows changes to the address.

For insurance reasons, your delivery address must match your billing address unless you’re a business customer. If your order can’t be delivered due to an incorrect address, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. For pre-paid orders, your account will be credited with the corresponding amount.

Has your package already left the warehouse?

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping provider, we can no longer update the delivery address. However, you may be able to contact the shipping provider directly to manage your shipment. You can reach them using the tracking link provided in your order details.
