How can I cancel an order?
Ordered the wrong product or changed your mind? As long as we haven’t started preparing your order for shipment, you can cancel the product you no longer want.
- Go to the Orders section in your customer account.
- Select the order you want to change.
- Click Cancel item next to the product you wish to cancel.
Don’t see the “Cancel item” button?
If the button is missing, your item has already been shipped, and the order can’t be changed at this stage. However, you can still return the product once you receive it.
