However, we recognize that sometimes problems may crop up, and you’ll want to return, refund, or exchange something. Below is our detailed policy on how to go about it.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in Original Condition: The item should be in the same condition as received, with no signs of use.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned with its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The products that fall in these categories may not be returned as well due to concerns of health or safety and where products are non-returnable products.
- Perishable Products Examples include; food stuffs, flowers, newspaper or magazine,
- Intimate/ Sanitary products.
- Hazards product/ Liquid and Gas.
- Gift Card products
- Software products.
For issues concerning the eligibility of returning a particular item, it is best to contact the company first before proceeding.
Refund Process
Inspection and Approval:
After receipt of the returned product or item, an email should arrive confirming the same and approval/refusal status of the refund procedure of said products.
Processing Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed without delay, and the money will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on how soon your payment provider processes your refund.
Important notes
- Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted unless the return is because of an error on our part.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for items that are:
- Defective
- Damaged during transit
- Incorrectly fulfilled
To return or exchange, contact us at contact@eaglesoarstore.com within 30 days of your order. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
Sale Items
Those products sold on sale or as part of special promotions are non-refundable except if they are defective or damaged.
Gifts
- If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll be issued store credit for the returned item’s value.
- If the gift purchaser bought it and had it shipped to themselves to gift later, the refund will be made to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping Responsibility:
- The customer will pay for return shipping, except in cases where EAGLE SOAR STORE made an error (for example, wrong or faulty item).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item. For this reason, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
